ABOUT REBECCA

Rebecca Miller is an American artist, illustrator, and graphic designer best known for her nature and humor-themed subjects.

Born in Texas and raised in Michigan, Miller's formal education is shaped by her creative studies at Alma College (BFA in Illustration & Graphic Design with Departmental Honors and Design Scholarship Awards) and her participation with the New York Arts Program (New York City) while working with Welcome Books and the boutique graphic design firm, Studio Rappy.

I enjoy creating art that reflects my world of humor, nature, and whimsical fun. My artwork incorporates whimsical themes, fantasy creatures, and the imagination. I currently work in traditional & digital forms of printmaking and illustration techniques. Every year, I aim to learn new techniques and add to my creative toolbelt.

I adore the natural realm & culture and how it intertwines every day. My inspirations come from traditional printmaking craft techniques, tattoo design, pop culture, graphic novels, mythology, naturalism, folklore, and a bit of fun thrown in.

In the art studio, I use environmentally-friendly shipping/making processes. Prints use eco-friendly inks, papers, and packaging. Materials are sourced from within the US, cutting down on emissions and reducing the studio's overall carbon footprint.
